Second Rybon International Artists' Workshop, Tehran, Iran

Rybon Art Center is organizing the second Rybon International Artists' Workshop in Tehran. This program is aiming to gather artists from all around the world to discuss and look for the possibilities to exchange ideas and knowledge beyond the ethnic, regional and artistic boundaries. Five Asian, European and African artists; Lynn Kodeih from Lebanon, Nicene Kossentini from Tunisia, Maria Kapajeva from Estonia, Wojciech Gilewicz from Poland and Irfan Hasan from Pakistan as well as five Iranian artists; Mojtaba Tabatabaei, Seyed Amin Bagheri, Neda Razavipour, Nastaran Safaei and Mojtaba Amini will be participating in this program. This program will be continued for two weeks and the audience can visit the workshop place in the specific times announced in program to talk to the artists and to visit the procedure of creating the artworks by the artists. There will be two panel discussions titled as a survey on the first Rybon International Artists’ Workshop and also a survey on these forms of workshops and their role and impact on the contemporary art. At the end of the workshop, on Friday 25th of November, the result of artists attempt and the produced artworks will be exhibited. Hamed Jaberha, Janan Nozari and Negin Mahzoun are the coordinators of this program.
